The manufacturing process of diamond tools is usually divided into these categories:
1.Cold Press Sintered
The segment mixtures and the steel plate are formed to be a whole blade by press machine, then the blades are putted into the graphite moulds, and sintered in the furnace with high pressure and
temperature.
2.Hot Press Sintered
The segment mixtures and the steel plate are formed to be a whole blade by press machine, then the blades are putted into the
stainless steel moulds, and sintered in furnace. The furnace's pressure and temperature is higher than cold press,so the blades' Effective Your Work, life and cutting performance is also better.
3.Laser Welded
The segments are sintered separately in furnace, and then welded to the steel plate by laser. This blade's welding strength is better than others, so the blade has long service life and excellent performance.
4.Silver Brazed.
The segments are sintered separately in furnace, and then welded to the steel plate with silver solder by high frequency machine. This technology is widely applied in the blades for wet,Stfective Your Work
cutting of asphalt, concrete and other highly abrasive materials.
5.Vacuum Brazed
The synthetic diamond grits are overlaid on the steel plate with special solder, and then brazed in vacuum furnace. This blade has
the highest welding strength, and can dry cut most materials.
6.Electroplated
After a series of special treatments such as unoiling, sensizing, washing, the synthetic diamond grits are plated to the steel plate by Ni electroplating, Ti electroplating and etc. This blade has good sharpness and generate minimum heat while cutting.
You can choose the blade and the core bits suitablt for your cutting materials.
