Diamond grinding wheels include general-purpose grinding wheels, such as flat grinding wheels, cup grinding wheels, disc grinding wheels, cylindrical grinding wheels, etc.; special grinding wheels, such as fine grinding discs, electrolytic grinding wheels, nesting knives, grinding discs, etc.
(1) Diamond grinding heads include cylindrical grinding heads and special-shaped grinding heads.
(2) Diamond whetstone includes rectangular whetstone, arc whetstone, triangular whetstone, honing whetstone, etc.
(3) Diamond tools include machine tools, such as reamers, rollers, dressing blocks, etc.; hand tools such as assorted files, plate files, etc.
3. Classification by grinding method: According to different grinding methods, diamond grinding wheels can be divided into: diamond plane grinding wheel, diamond internal grinding wheel, diamond external grinding wheel, diamond tool grinding wheel, diamond cutting tool grinding wheel, diamond cutting grinding wheel, Diamond special grinding wheel.
Diamond grinding wheel has extremely high hardness, compressive strength and wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal conductivity and semiconductor properties, so various tool products made of it can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, geology, petroleum , electronics, optics, construction, stone and other fields.
